When ordering is enabled, a successfully placed order should generate an order confirmation. If you do not receive one, check your spam folder and contact us before attempting another payment.

Approved prices and their tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive treatment are still being finalised. Applicable taxes will be disclosed before payment.
Shipping charges depend on the delivery destination and packed shipment details. Approved rates and serviceable locations are still being configured; no free-shipping promise applies.
Dispatch and delivery estimates will be provided once the shipping service and destination are confirmed. We do not yet have an approved standard delivery timeline.
International retail shipping is not yet enabled. For overseas or wholesale requirements, contact us with your destination, product and quantity; availability and logistics must be confirmed individually.

Our product-specific return terms are being finalised before ordering is enabled. Do not assume that opened food products can be returned or that a particular return window applies.

Copper Valley Zangkar is the brand operated by ZANGKAR LLP. Product origin and composition should be checked against the relevant pack information and available batch records. We do not claim certified-organic status without supporting certification for the specific product.
Whole dried seabuckthorn berries and ground whole-berry powder: 50 g, 60 g, 100 g and 200 g. Traditional roasted barley: 250 g. Dimo Zomo clarified butter / ghee: 100 g. Ladakhi / Tibetan juniper: species, plant part, weight and intended use are pending; food suitability is not established.
