From Zanskar to Your Table.

Know the ingredient. Follow its documented journey.

Hero film or origin photograph · your media will go here

From our valley to your pack, closer to your screen.

A batch code can connect a product to the records behind it. This page explains the journey without claiming that every stage has already been verified.

Why are we doing this?

Because origin should be more than a line on a label. Copper Valley Zangkar aims to make available sourcing, preparation and packing information easier to understand.

Founder / sourcing-team story photograph or film · awaiting your content

Our own people, places and story will appear here. No borrowed testimonials or staged sourcing claims.

How does it happen?

Scan-to-record demonstration · awaiting approved batch and QR code

Scan the pack’s approved QR code, open its batch record and compare the code. Read the available origin and preparation information; review documents only where they apply.

Follow the documented journey.

Different ingredients take different paths. The sections below are a prototype record framework—not completed batch verification.

What does this mean for you?

A clearer view of what is known about your pack—and a clear distinction between an available record, a pending document and a claim that has not been substantiated.

Good information takes care.

Traceability does not replace the approved food label, food-safety review or applicable certification. Lab reports and certification details appear only when checked and relevant.
